For a question about an order, reply to the confirmation email sent when the order was placed. Include the order number if it is available.
Order status links are also included in that email. You can open the status page directly if you already have the link.
Open order statusSteel, edge angle, board choice, drying and sharpening are covered in the care guide. Carbon steels mark and patina with use; orange rust needs removal and more careful drying.
For a specification question, the product page lists steel, hardness, blade length, spine thickness, bevel, finish, handle and weight.
Read knife careShipping is calculated at checkout from the destination and selected service. Refund eligibility, privacy and site terms are published as separate policy pages.
For a damaged or incorrect item, reply to the order confirmation email so the order details can be reviewed.
Aogami Super, Aogami #2 and Shirogami #2 are carbon steels. Ginsan is stainless. The product specification lists the steel for each knife.
Rinse and wipe the blade, then dry it completely, including the joint where the handle meets the tang. Put it away dry. Never leave it in a sink or a drying rack.
