Rates and services
Available shipping services and their costs are shown during checkout. Rates are based on the destination and the service selected. The storefront does not publish a separate rate table because the checkout calculation is the current source for the order.
Tracking
When a carrier provides tracking for an order, it is shared through the order confirmation and order status route. Tracking availability depends on the selected service.
Delivery estimates
Delivery timing is not guaranteed by the storefront. Any carrier estimate is an estimate, not a promise. Orders are prepared for the service selected at checkout.
Address details
Enter a complete delivery address at checkout. If an address needs correction after an order is placed, reply to the order confirmation email with the order number and the corrected details so the order can be reviewed.
